A twelve-week support group for men and women who
have been sexually abused as minors will be sponsored by the
Archdiocese of Chicago Office of Assistance Ministry.
Participation in the groups is NOT limited to those
who were sexually abused as minors by a priest or deacon. The abuse
may have been perpetrated by a family member, friend, or stranger.
Each group will be led by a licensed professional
with experience working with people in vulnerable situations who
want to move forward and take charge of their lives. The groups will
meet for twelve consecutive weeks beginning in May:
· Men: Wednesdays, 6:30-8
PM
· Women: Saturdays,
2-3:30 PM
