Public Funding of Human Cloning and Embryonic Stem Cell Research in Illinois!! The
Illinois General Assembly will soon vote on SB 2100 – legislation that offers
state sanctioning and public funding to human cloning, embryonic stem
cell research, and the purposeful destruction of human embryos for medical
research. Proponents say the bill bans human cloning.
