Sacraments
- In His Word
and in the Sacraments, Christ fulfills His promise to sustain and guide
the Church through the constant presence of the Holy Spirit. Participation
in the Sacraments is essential to living and growing in our Catholic
faith.
Anointing
of
the
Sick - The Church continues Jesus’ healing ministry, and extends His
compassion for the sick, through the Sacrament of Anointing.
Baptism - Baptism is the
"gateway" to the other sacraments, and to all the spiritual benefits
offered through the Church.
Confirmation - Through
the Sacrament of Confirmation, a Catholic receives the fullness of God’s
Holy Spirit
Eucharist - If there is one mystery of faith around which revolves the
whole
Catholic liturgy, it is the
Eucharist.
Marriage - In the Sacrament
of Marriage, a man and a woman are joined in a permanent covenant of
faith and love with one another and with God.
Reconciliation - The Sacrament of Reconciliation
offers us the comfort and peace of God’s forgiveness when we have sinned
