PRO-LIFE ACTIVITIES

Respect Life Rosary – The Rosary will be prayed before the 5 PM Saturday Mass and all Sunday

Masses in January to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision of

the Supreme Court that legalized abortion in the U.S. Please join us as we unite in prayer to

bear witness to our firm Catholic belief that abortion is harmful to women, children, and our nation.

 

Prayer Service – On Saturday, January 18th, immediately following the 5 PM Mass, a special

prayer service will be held to pray for an end to abortion, for those who have been involved in

abortion in any way, for those who might be considering abortion, and for the courage to speak

up on behalf of the women and children affected by abortion. St. Kieran Parish, along with

many parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Chicago, will host this time of prayer in cooperation

with the Archdiocesan Respect Life Office.
